My C&W Internet connection has been pretty good for a quite awhile now. However, today my throughput and response time is extremely slow. I wonder what changes are going on that are impacting service.

I woke up this morning to find that there is no water. I feel fortunate that yesterday was the day that the maid came and cleaned. If there had been no water yesterday then she would not have been able to work.

I have had exactly 2 weeks of pretty good service from Cable & Wireless. However, today they are back to providing less than 25Kbps bandwidth again. I hope this is a temporary problem. It is March 13 and my Internet connection is running at full speed. I hope this means that C&W has solved their problem and this isn’t temporary. This means I can listen to Pandora today, which I haven’t been able to do for several days.

Just as another update for march 12, my Internet speed this morning showed improvement and was running as high as 100 Kbps which is still well below my contracted level.
However this afternoon it has dropped off to about 30 (+- 10) Kbps level. I have to get used to dialup speeds all over again.

Today is the 11th and it is around 7:40 AM. It appears that there isn’t much, if any, improvement in the Cable and Wireless Internet performance. This is just more incentive to get out and enjoy the day.

Oops. I spoke too soon. It is now 10:05 andthe speed had dropped off to about 85 Kbps. I think I will go down and visit with Cable Onda today.
