Here is the progress as of this morning. I think I have convinced myself that this is just a large house and not apartments.

It appears to have a center courtyard area.

The project is moving forward. One side hs the concrete poured.

Here are this morning’s photos of the project. The right side has been filled in with dirt and is ready to have the flooring rebar laid in preparation for the concrete to be poured.
