Test is better today, but ping still too high and upload speed will not allow for SKYPE.

I called the technician and he is supposed to come today. We will see.

  1. Run traceroute to some destination outside Panama. You will locate the bottleneck that way. It is probably not in your home. Either they don’t know what they are doing, or they are just buying time by pretending to do something.

  2. I have done that multiple times before and provided CO the results. Traceroute shows the problem external to the house as I read it. In fact it looks like the initial servers in CO have extreme delays.
