To assist the family, I said I would contact the travel agency and work with them to get the refund returned to the son. It took a fair period of time and a lot of work by Nicole Roimarmier, who works for the agency, but all monies have now been returned.
It was time consuming because there were several foreign airlines involved and Nicole had to work with each one of them explaining the situation. Nicole speaks very good English and I want to publicly thank her, and her firm, for assisting me with this effort.
