Chocolate Fix?
While I was at PriceSmart yesterday, I saw this display of Mrs. Fields cookies. I remember going to the original Mrs. Fields shop on the waterfront in San Fransisco. I remember thinking I should buy the franchise for Texas because I thought that place was going to be big business.
Obviously I didn’t or I would be looking at Mrs. Fields cookies at a PriceSmart in Panama.
I managed to stave off my temptation to buy this box of 20 for $10.00. I guess 50 cents a cookie is a pretty good price, but I would eat all 20 in one sitting. It is better if I wait and just buy one at a mall in Panama City.

Hi Gene. Yes, I better stay out of PriceSpart for a while. I might not be as strong willed the next time. I might even need a gallon of milk.

Fifty cents a cookie isn’t atrocious. It’s CHEAP! Try $ 1.79 each in California and add 8.25% sales tax to that. Don, you’d better grab a bag while you can…What better excuse ?
And in case anyone is interested, a fresh coconut costs $ 4.99.
