Es Un Milagro
It is a miracle. I moved to David about four years ago. About three years ago they repaired the potholes in street that runs by my apartment building. They stay repaired for less than a year. For at least two years the pot holes have continued to grow.
But ha la lu ya, they were repaired yesterday.
I knew something was going to happen when I got up and saw these piles of asphalt.

Here the workers moving down the street.

After the holes are manually filled than they go over them with this machine to smooth the area.

Here they are filling the huge hole in front of my building.

It will be good for several months and the next repair will be under the next administration.

Nice patchwork!
Hi Don:
Good for you and your neighbors. Looks like you can play Chess on the street with those square black patches.
Take care,
Omar.-
We have lived in our house for 19 months and………………………..
Nah. Nah. Na. Nah. Nah.
Our road has been patched up twice…….
And there isn’t even any through traffic.
I know, Don, you are going to worry about me more, and more.
don ray. what street is that? best, peter
Election year. BTW – Did they remove the wrecks of the cars & buses that had fallen into the holes or just pave over them?
DSD – You know they would never remove a wreck before paving over it.
Mike. Always trying to cause trouble.
AS – yes it is.
Omar – Chess. I hadn’t thought of that.
Peter. It is just an average street in Terronal.
Wow! Incredible! At last!
A miracle indeed!
Hi Lilia. Enjoy it as long as it lasts.
Welcome back to CC. I wondered whether were you “gone with wind”… Hope a well-informed Panamanian friend of yours kindly explain a “juego de antaño” called “La Rayuela”. It might be another interactive-game option to use the recently patched road.
Hi As. No I am here. A little wind blown, but here.
