Omar’s Camera Has Arrived

My friend Omar gave himself a camera for his birthday. The good news is that he has unpacked it and is now taking photos of Panama City. It will be interesting to see Panama City through Omar’s eyes and his new camera lens.

    Hi Don:

    Thanks a lot for spreading the word. I’m currently reading the manual and grasping all I can.

    Meanwhile, I’m taking pictures with the Automatic mode on. Some are good, others are not so good. But, my friend, as the saying goes, “practice makes perfection.”

    I also enjoy your pictures of David and its surroundings. After all, I got hooked to photography because of you and Abe Lincoln.

    I am sure you are going to get a lot of good photos. I will get to see places in Panama City that I might not see otherwise. :)

    oh…goodie goodie…may we put in an order for some “street journalism” …shots of folks on the street going about their daily business (smile)
