Beach house for rent - Playa La Barqueta

I am looking for a long term renter for my beach house in Playa Barqueta.

The house is right on La Barqueta Beach in the Las Olas resort and is a cozy new 2400 sq. ft. fully furnished home on a 1/4-acre titled lot with 60 feet of beach frontage and unobstructed ocean views. The foyer boasts beautiful hand crafted built-in cabinets and leads up into the diagonal kitchen area, the core of the home. Bright and airy due to the very high ceilings with windows all around, the kitchen features an island, granite countertops, lots of cupboards, name-brand appliances, dining room nook and large pantry. The kitchen overlooks the living/TV room with custom-made built-in entertainment center, opening onto a screened in porch and open patio. Cathedral wood-beamed ceilings grace the master bedroom with an oceanfront terrace, large walk-in closet, bathroom with separate shower and storage shelves. There is a good-sized 2nd bedroom, separate bath, storage and laundry room. On the beach side is a plunge pool measuring 10’ x 7’, and has seats with water jets like a Jacuzzi.

It is in move-in condition with all furniture, appliances, pots, pans, dishes, linines, etc…

I am asking $1,150/month and this includes complete maid service twice a month. Lawn and garden maintenace twice a month. Exterior cleaning and fumigating twice a month as well as water, trash pickup, and 24 hour security.
