One of my neighbors had a school function to go to yesterday evening and I took her photo before she left in her pollera. Is she a doll or what!!!

There is building and face lifts going on all over David. I have not taken photos of a lot of them, but I was going by Parque Cervantes yesterday and saw this construction next to the park. When I get a chance, I need to take some photos of other areas.
