I feel certain that most people know that tomorrow has been declared a Panama Government Holiday. Irving Jahir Saladino Aranda winning the Gold medal is the reason for the holiday and there will be celebrations tomorrow to welcome the return of Panama’s first Olympic Gold Medal winner.
