Maybe an all for one dollar store having a ½ off sale.
I will have to say that there is no truth in advertising in this banner. Much in the store is less than a dollar, and much is ½ off, but everything in the store is not 50 cents or less than one dollar.

After being down for over 12 hours, it appears that CC is back online. I know that my webhost is changing out equipment and I hope that was the reason. All morning I have been receiving email from last week that were comments on CC. That shows me that the host is recovering their libraries [...]
