Glad to hear you feel better. An advice to foreigners in Panama: Once the rainny season starts, be very careful with eating mangoes. Do you know how did our grandparents called your disease? “Mayo” ( May), because in the past, it started rainning in May and mangoes get contaminated easily and in many instances one cannot determine it without a microscope.

Glad you’re feeling better, Joyce LaGow with Living in Potrerillos was puny like you last week, she took some natural medicines that were prescribed by her good neighbors and she’s feeling better, thankfully, as well.
