I haven't had much opportunity to surf the net lately as I have been busy with work and kids...plus my lucky husband is in Panama having a lovely holiday...and taking great delight in telling me about eating all his (and mine) favourite Panamanian foods!!!!!! We are hoping to have a family holiday in Panama next Christmas and I have decided that we must go up to Chiriqui and have a look around. This is thanks to your web site which has given me ideas after reading about your great stories and seeing the great pictures. I am already in preperation mode! I would love to take you out to lunch and say thanks for providing me with such great information and an ongoing link to Panama. It looks like Renegado's would be great!
