Is Chiriqui Chatter Contact Working?
May 23rd, 2008 by Don Ray
I am not convinced that the Contact function in CC is working. If you have used it and have not received a reply, then use chiriquichatter@gmail.com and let me know. If I determine that it isn’t working, then that may be the final straw that tells me I need to reinstall WordPress following my web host’s move to the new clustered server environment.
All emails generated by WordPress are now taking a long time to be sent. Therefore, I can’t determine if the Contact problem is a real problem or if it is related to the email delay, which is another problem.
UPDATE: Based on receiving THIS COMMENT. and my running a few tests, I think the Contact Email problem is gone. I should also say that all of my email SPAM is gone as well, so that is one very positive thing that happened with the move to the new Clustered environment.

I sent a message at 7.01, May 23.
It arrived as it should. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern to the problem. I had tried one an hour ago and it was delivered 30 minutes after it was sent with two other email from WordPress comment announcement that had come in earlier. Very strange.
