If you think the energy level in Panama isn’t at a critical level, think again. If I understood the news today correctly, it said that the government offices of Panama are closing at 1:30 PM each day to conserve energy until the problem lessens.

The other day I was walking by the David Public Library and noticed another plaque with a different poem written by Santiago Delgado Anguizola. This one is “Soy Chiricano”.
