		<description>Sorry Scott, but you are incorrect. Panama sells gasoline in gallons. The price is $/gallon - the same as in the US. Only the octane ratings differ. 91 in Panama = 87 in the US.</description>

		<description>Prices went up today in Lenoir, NC, too -- $3.69 for Octane 89 now, and $4.18 for diesel.  Luckily, I filled my diesel truck last week and it only cost me $118.  For us, this is an inconvenience, but I know lots of folks here in the backwoods for whom these fuel prices are severely reducing the quality of food on the table.</description>

		<description>Wow.  I wonder how this is going to affect the cost of taxis and bus fare.  Gas is at $3.70 per gallon of regular.  I just don't know how anyone with a Panamanian salary could afford to drive with those prices.</description>
