The price difference, for TV + phone + Internet, versus what I currently pay is sure tempting me.

Here in PC there is occasionally just enough delay on CableOnda's US channels to be noticeable, but never as far out of sync as you're describing.

I haven't noticed this problem on any of the movie or Spanish language channels.

It may be that all TV services in Panama have this problem. That was the reason I asked. I would hate to change to Cable Onda and find out I am less happy than with AstroVision.

With DirecTV I experienced a several second delay on a few channels. Very annoying. The problem lasted at least a few days. I cancelled my service, so I don't know if they ever fixed it. The web site and on screen program menus were only about 70 percent accurate. They don't seem to be too concerned with the customer experience. Was thinking of someday switching to CableOnda but having second thoughts.

Hi Don,
I have cable onda and seldom have a problem with sound delay on Fox news. And if I do it is only 1-3 second delay usually. Now CNN USA (channel 79) is a whole other story. At times, but not often, the extent of the sound delay is quite worse with no sound at times for up to a day.
