Email Not Working

For three days, my email address at Chiriquí Chatter has not been working. The web Host has been notified, but to this point there has been no solution.
The “Contact” tab above is working fine and I can respond via a different address. You just can’t currently use the @chiriquichatter.net addresses.
UPDATE: I created a new email address so that I could perform a trace on it. Here is what the Cpanel Email trace shows.
UPDATE April 23: I have not received information about what was fixed where, but it appears that email has not started working again.
Quick question, Don Ray. Can you not receive email at this address, not send, or both?

I appear to be able to send emails fine. I can’t receive emails that are generated by an outside source. Emails that are generated by the blog are being received.
I have several CC addresses and none are receiving emails. Only comments are generating emails.
It has cut down on my spam.
