We used Thrifty when we were in David last September. They sent the car to the Hotel National. A very nice, efficient young man sat with me and did the paperwork. He spoke fluent English, which was better than trying to use my poor Spanish. A week later, they picked the car up at the hotel. I don’t know about relative pricing, but I know their service was excellent.
