Don Ray: On our recent trip to Chiriqui, we rented a car from Hilary Rent a Car. The service was outstanding, their staff was very friendly, and their rates were the most competitive of all the agencies we contacted. We made the arrangements after we arrived in David, and paid $38 per day (including basic coverage) on a Toyota Yaris.
The one downside is that not all of their staff speak English. It wasn’t a problem for us since I’m bilingual but I wanted others to be aware.
