I have had on my “To Do List”, since sometime last year, to go by the Stanza Cheese Factory in David and take some photos. I had met Manual Linares one evening, and had a good visit with him in his house. He had extended an invitation for me to visit his factory, and for some reason, I have just not followed up.
I wish I could remember all the statistics and information I learned that evening, but that is what happens when I don’t write things down as soon as I hear it. I was very impressed with Manual as a business person. He knows his cheese!
My good friend , Jerry, and I were talking the other day and I mentioned that there was a cheese factory that was close and that he might want to visit one day on his morning walks.
He did and it is a current article on his blog. He took some very good photos and I think you will enjoy visiting Panama End Point and reading about the Stanza Cheese Factory.

Appreciate your comments always. Now I will have to make some Cannelloni or Lasagna with the Ricotta cheese and bring you some. Thanks for getting me interested in blogging and taking pictures. Your blog is an inspiration, a wealth of information, a pleasure and a joy to read.
Hi Jerry. Always glad to get someone else on the net. Everyone sees things differently and more is better in this case.
Hi Don:
I just read Jerry’s blog about the Stanza Cheeze Factory. I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness of the installations and the pride of its employees. Will test their products after Good Friday. I got their telephone number in Panama.
Thanks for the tip.
Regards,
Omar.-

Hi Leena. We will have to try out long distance SKYPE one day.
I visited the blog you mentioned and told them to write if they had specific questions on CR and I would try to get them answered.
Hi Don, thanks for this post. I was reading the the Panama End Point and my wife, Ilenia, saw and recognized your friend Jerry. Jerry happens to be my wife’s best friend’s sister. What a small world. She called her friend back home in David and told her about the blog and now we will be reading both sites. As always, thanks for the great information you provide!
Hi Mike. The world is a small place isn’t it.
Thanks again, Don, for a pointer to another warm and wonderful blog, and good job foisting some of your workload off on Jerry. Now you can kick back and have a lemonade. I want to say again that what you do here on ChiriquiChatter is appreciated greatly.
Hi Fraydoh. It wasn’t planned, but you know what they say. He who snoozes looses. However, I always like to promote other blogs in this area too.
