Day Light Savings Time
Mar 9th, 2008 by Don Ray
If you are living in a location, that observes the day light savings time change, did you change your clock? I no longer have to be concerned with that man made creation, since Panama does not have it. It does have some benefit for me, because the CBS station I get on cable transmits from Colorado. The change will mean that Dave Letterman will start at 11:30 PM and not 12:30 Am.
Other than that, today is just like yesterday. The birds started chirping at the same time. The sun came out at the same time and the sky is beautiful. All of with cows in Volcan will not get confused and forget when they should give milk. All of the chickens won’t get upset and forget to lay eggs. Life is good.
I guess the only question I have is, “Has Al Gore investigated the effects of Day Light Savings on global warming?”

I miss Daylight Savings Time. It promotes staying outdoors and makes the entire day seem longer. Who needs all that light first thing in the morning?
hahahahaah. When I was a victim of the corporate culture, I did appreciate having a few hours after work to spend with my kids activities such as soccer and drill team. However, now that I have complete control of when I get up or go to bed, I find it useless (and my dad did say it confused the cows and their milk went sour.
)
Hooray for Panama! I look forward to joining you soon and eating when I’m hungry, sleeping when I’m tired, and perhaps even showing up 15 minutes late for an appointment with my attorney (because the dog ate my watch) — which should be perfect as he is always at least 20 minutes late anyway I plan to leave the clocks here in the States when we make the move.
Wise move Dan. We will keep the lights on for you.
