Plaza El Terronal Phase II Update

I drove by the phase II part of Plaza El Terronal today. I don’t see much activity in the smaller shops beside Lumicentro. However, you can see that the building at the end of the lot has made a lot of progress. It is so large, I have to assume it is the CONWAY store.
