Lot For Sale and Apartment For Rent In David
I had a local Panamanian lady ask if I would post her property for sale. This lot is located across the road from the Texaco station you pass as you leave David.She said the lot is 1,520 square meters. Being in this location, I think it is only suitable for commercial interests.
Here is a photo of the lot. Currently, more than 1,520 square meters are fenced. As you can see, it is currently being used for truck storage.

She also wanted me to mention that she has a large 2 bedroom apartment. I have see it and know that it is in a good part of town. It will rent for $350 a month.
UPDATE: The apartment is now rented. If it opens up again, I will put in another post.

Hi Terry. I am sorry, but all of the apartments that the lady has are rented. That one didn’t last long.
