An Early Warning
Feb 10th, 2008 by Don Ray
My current plans are to take a little time off this coming week. If you visit Chiriquí Chatter and don’t find a new post, then there is a good likelihood that I am not here. Don’t expect emails to be answered, until I return, because I may not have Internet access. For the same reason, comments that require authorization, will be held up as well.
I hope to get at least one or two books read and there is a good chance that I will have photos to post from outside of Panama, when I return.
In my absence, here are some things to do:
- Click on the “Archives” tab and read old posts.
- Click on the “Links” tab and see what other Panama sites might be of interest.
- Click on the “Photos” tab and visit Panama through past photos.
- Pick up some new books to read. I am always looking for recommendations.
- Take that special someone out to eat and tell them how much they mean to you. Remember that this week contains Valentine’s Day.
- Call family that you haven’t talked to in a while and see how they are doing.
- …
By all means have a good time. Do as James Dean said, “Dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today.”

Don’t forget us when you’re gone, Don Ray. Nos vemos.
The concern will be if there are still readers when I return.
Have a great few days off. They are well deserved, and will once again renew your mental and spiritual bateries while receiving new visions and revelations of things coming along “up the road”.
Please remember, you always have readers from all over the world, but sometimes they don’t speak or write English. The pictures you have taken, are taking and will yet take in the future are appreciated by your audience, and by my person living around the corner to the Northwest in Puerto Limon.
As the world economies continue shifting around their collective “wealth”, Panama and Costa Rica will always be on the receiving side for the sheer blessings of natural beauty these two countries possess, especially Chiriqui and Bocas in Panama and Limon in Costa Rica, thanks to the King of Glory and His desire to always share what He Himself created with His creation, wherever on Planet Earth they may be.
Best Wishes Always,

What a nice comment Max. Thank you.
I especially enjoy your pictures of meals… always make me hungry and because I know my wife also visits ChiriquiChatter, and reads these comments… how about having chamborg roast duck this weekend Becky?
Enjoy your time away, takes plenty of mealpics.
Hi John. I will do my best to get some photos.
I just came across your blog. Thanks.
I’m looking forward to my next visit to Boquete.
I will have more to say down the road.
Richard
