"from farmer:
-....last words of duck ..."cuac, cuac..."..."
..but, we heared about pollo de patio ventriloquist in CR :)

More seriously, we were waiting for ducks with some pound more of weight, normally in Spain are more than 6 pounds. but this kind of duck in panama normally are in 3 to 4 lb for chinesse restaurants , and we had wait near 3 weeks more to have over 5 lb, and was cooked with prunes.

In few weeks we will ready with new plates with lamb also.

Don,
Just as the sirloin could've definitely been rib eye, you think that 'duck' could have been pollo de patio soaked in tenderizer overnight? :)

Hi Mary. I have seen McPato, but never gone in. I understand they have good ice cream cones. I don't think it was ever a McDonald's. They just chose some of the same colors. I may need to go by and take some photos.

Commuting from Austin to San antonio ten years ago was a nightmare at five. So my buddy and I began hanging out at a pub in Austin (just letting the traffic die down, you know) called Pato's. Great westside cantina. pato's burned down about four years ago.
Our first trip to David, we stayed at the Gran Nacional. Walking around the block, we encountered what had to be an old McDonald's, now proudly bearing the name "Pato's".
It was the first picture I sent back to friends in Austin!! The duck has flown the coop!

Hi KK. The price of anything I think is based on the quality and the availability. My duck was very good and it made my evening special.
