Chat Removed and Added

In order to reduce the load on the site, I have removed the chat facility. It was really intended for a help center and therefore monitored the traffic on the site. My hunch is that it may have been the reason for the extra load.
As a replacement, I have created a new chat capability using one of the messenger programs. If you place chiriquichatter@live.com (Microsoft messenger) or chiriquichatter@yahoo.com (Yahoo messenger) in your chat messenger software, it will connect with me.
