I went to the Immigration office in David this morning to see if I could get more information on the problem, I described HERE.

A while back someone had asked me about the progress of a new hotel that is being built across from Oteima. Here is a current photo. As you can see, it still has a way to go, but this appears to be the largest hotel development in David.

I had a reader send me the following 2008 Jubilado Calendar.These dates are important because the lines at many banks, Union Fenosa, Cable and Wireless and in grocery stores, tend to be longer during these days. The reader that sent this said that the downtown Romero’s gives a 5% discount during these days.
