A new hotel just opened up withing the last three weeks. It is Hotel Iberia Sur. It is very close to the original Hotel Iberia.

The building to the right, in this photo, is Pizza Hut. The kiddie play equipment is inside. You can see the Pizza Hut hat emblem on the column. It looks to me to be 1 to 3 months from opening. Yummmm.
