When I was in Panama last weekend I felt lousy the whole time too... Respiratory distress, sore throat, sleep deprivation..constipation etc. Felt good to get back home to regular rest & food & water. Feeling fine now.. Hope your gripe breaks soon too. Head on over to Friday's. The barmaid working last week looks very fine.... Don't get those oriental nachos though...pretty rough!
