Chiriquí Mall
Dec 4th, 2007 by Don Ray
Today I went to the Chiriquí Mall. I don’t remember ever really taking photos of the mall, so I did it today.
I entered from the front lot and it was easy to see that the mall was decorated for Christmas. This first photo is facing the huge Christmas in the center of the mall.

Santa wants you to know that he is watching your every move.

Here are the stores that surround the center of the mall.

Guess what this store is.

I noticed this new store which says it has the solution for difficult remote Internet connections. It wasn’t open for me to get any information.

I found a new discotheque now occupies the back area. It is call Tsunami. Maybe you better be careful if you enter.

Now here is the big news for the Chiriqui Mall. The mall has always lacked something to bring people here everyday. Plaza El Terronal has the El Rey supermarket. The Chiriquí Mall will soon have its own super marker (Super Baru). It is supposed to be open early in 2008. Lets start the guess off with March.

To orient you, it is to the left of the Moderno Cine.

On my way back to my car, I passed a young Panamanian taking a drivers test. Expect to see Luis Raul on the highway in about 15 years.

Now I am sure you noticed the area surrounding the Christmas tree area and maybe you wondered what it was. Well for that information, you will have to come back and read tomorrow’s post.

I will be moving to Alto Jaramillo by Christmas and any info you can find out about the Internet store with remote difficult locations I would greatly appreciate. If just the name of the company .I hear that Mobil does not always deliever the speed you sign up for ,any truth to this?
Thank-You
Carol
Hi Carol,
The store front says the name of the company is Internet Activo. The number on the store front is 774-1077.
The only dealing I had with Mobil Phone provided the speed that was paid for. The speed and reliablty of any of the wirels providers will be affected by the quality of the line of sight to their broadcast antenna.
Let me know what Internet Activo says.
