I thought it was high, but apparently 2 banks had given the price to the Panamanian owner. It isn't anything I would be interested in, but I wouldn't be looking for commercial property either. I only did the post, because it is a Panamanian individual. I would not bid on it without getting a business property appraiser to provide my own estimate. I have no idea. If my estimating / conversions are right, it comes out to $180,000.00 for a lot of approximately 6,000 square feet (equivilent to a 60' x 100' lot). Does that sound reasonable? If so... WOW!
