Commercial Location For Sale in David

I received a request to post a notice, that there was an available commercial area in El Terronal, close to Plaza El Terronal.
The asking price is $300 a meter and the area contains 628.87 square meters. The price is negotiable. I told the requester, I would be happy to make the post, but that I thought most of my readers, would not be looking for commercially zoned property. I could be wrong. None of my business but I can’t help but wonder if there is a mistake in the price [$300 per sq mt] or area [628.87 sq mt] of the commercial lot for sale. If my estimating / conversions are right, it comes out to $180,000.00 for a lot of approximately 6,000 square feet (equivilent to a 60′ x 100′ lot). Does that sound reasonable? If so… WOW!

I have no idea. I thought it was high, but apparently 2 banks had given the price to the Panamanian owner. It isn’t anything I would be interested in, but I wouldn’t be looking for commercial property either. I only did the post, because it is a Panamanian individual.
I would not bid on it without getting a business property appraiser to provide my own estimate.
