Megan and Reese
Nov 1st, 2007 by Don Ray
Today, I received some new photos of two more of my granddaughters (my son’s daughters). Megan (age 7) is on the left and her sister, Reese (age 5), on the right.

Megan is one I really expect to make a mark for herself in this world. She is one of the most inquisitive young ladies I have ever met. When you give her an answer to one of her questions, you can picture the cogs turning in her mind. If your answer doesn’t completely answer the question, you can expect more questions until you have satisfied her. You may remember Megan and her school project last year.
Megan also is one of the sweetest little girls you will ever meet. When she puts her arms around your neck and says, “Granddad, when are you going to come visit me again”, it really tugs at your heart strings.
Megan is getting to participate in soccer and I would bet she is very competitive. I wish I were there to see some of her games.

Next, let me tell you something about Reese. She is going to be a real heart breaker. She knows the way to look you in the eyes, while she bats her eyes and get anything she wants. At the age of five, she is already giving out the house phone number to boys that she wants to call her. I remember, from seeing her in July, that she is one of the world’s pickiest eaters. It probably won’t be too long before I have more hair on my head than my son does. She already has him pulling his out.
Reese also is participating in Soccer. At five, I bet that her attention, to the game, isn’t as high as it could be.

I will include their team photos. I know they enjoy seeing themselves on the Internet. The following in Megan and her team.

Here is Reese and her team.

Thank goodness for the Internet and its ability to keep my grandkids a part of my life. See girls – grandpa is watching.

Don:
Just a quick note to say congratulations. You have been blessed with two wonderful granddaughters. Be sure to take some time now and then to go attend one of their games.
Jeff
Greetings to you, grandfather and to those lovely granddaughters!
Internet is a good thing - mostly :))
Greetings also from Tenerife`s sunshine, but now my doctor said: No more sun, not at all! So, I will go perhaps to Iceland or to the shore of Norway, because sun is shining sometimes even here in Finland.
Take care and look at your skin very carefully!!
Hi Leena. Thanks for dropping in. I guess it is getting colder in your part of the world.
