I like the comment in the link “Despite the rapid growth of the mobile-phone market in Panama, some industry watchers have expressed doubt that the market can support another two companies.” Panama could easily support another cell phone company if that company provided decent customer service. I would drop Clueless & Worthless in a second if Digicel were to be a provider in Panama.
