In the Spirit Of Halloween

While most of the stores in David offer Halloween decorations and candy and costumes, it is not a “Trick or Treat” night for the kiddos here. I assume there are private get to gathers or the stores would not sell any of the paraphernalia.

I have never been one to believe in ghosts and goblins. I have known a couple witches in my time, but that is another story. Even though I don’t believe in ghosts, I always get a kick out of a good ghost story. I know that there are many things that can’t be explained. Sometimes these get attributed to the spirits of those who have past from this physical state and didn’t terminate their life in a pleasant fashion or with unresolved issues.

I guess, because of the Halloween holiday, A Chiriquí Chatter reader sent me a video of a car advertisement from Great Britain.

When they finished filming the ad, the film editor noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist. The ad was never put on TV because of the unexplained ghostly phenomenon. Watch the front end of the car as it clears the trees in the middle of the screen, and you should see the white mist (even though it has been slightly lost in this video format) and you should see it crossing in front of the car then following it along the road……

This video may make you reevaluate your beliefs in the supernatural, as it did me.

I should warn you, that this video should not be watched by those that frighten easily. Even I, not being a believer, felt the hairs on my arms bristle. You have been warned. Continue at your own risk.
