Sunday at La Barqueta

I had guests in from Costa Rica and we decided to have Sunday lunch at Playa La Barqueta.
As always the fried fish with patacones and a soda was $5.50. I was plenty full when I finished this fella.
There were a good number of people in the water. This is a beach to be extremely careful when entering the water. it has quick drop offs and riptides.
Before leaving I took a couple photos of new condos that are being built there. This is the back.

This is the front.
These condos had a sign in the past for around $200,000. I didn’t see a sign yesterday. The condo is adjacent to the Las Olas resort
