deer Heads

Ask people why they have deer heads on their walls and they tell you it’s because they’re such beautiful animals. I always thought my wife was beautiful, but I only had photographs of her on the wall. On second thought, maybe the head would have been better.

Yes, I never thought deer heads should be mounted on walls either.
I think she meant Pobrecita…!….your wife. Not the deer head.
Well it was all written in past tense. So I assume the author no longer needs photographs or mounted heads.
