P. H. Terrazas de Venicio

The other day I was asked if I could take some photos of the new apartments behind Super Baru. I had some time after dropping off my paperwork at the Chiriquí Mall, so I stopped by the new development.
They were kind enough to show me a 3 bedroom model and said it would be fine to take photos. There are two towers, each containing three floors and six apartments on each floor. The apartment I looked at was on the second floor of TORRE 1 (Tower 1). Following are a few photos from the model apartment.
This is the living area.

This is the kitchen with serving bar.

This is the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom. Here is the bathroom followed by the closet.

These two photos were taken from the front balcony.

The following photo was looking out the back balcony.

I didn’t take photos of the laundry room or the other two bedrooms as they had work going on.
This will be the swimming pool for the residents.

This photo is taken from the ground level looking at Tower 1.

Tower 1 is scheduled to be complete by the end of October and Tower 2 is scheduled for the end of November.
Here are scans of the current pricing and sizes of apartments in towers 1 and 2.

I must say this is something we need. We got to get out of this large house and lots of grass to mow. Your photos are very nice.

If you were in Panama, you could still have a house with a yard and not worry about mowing it. A yardman once a week would only cost you about $10.
By the way, I have seen your photos and they are most interesting.
Don Ray, what do you think of those prices?
Hi Tom. I don’t think I am qualified to judge the price. I will say that they have done a good job in making a secure area. They are within walking distance to the Super Baru, and Plaza El Terronal.
The sheets say that 11 of Tower 1 and 4 in Tower 2 have already been sold and it isn’t finished. I guess if they sell for the prices asked then that must mean something.
Don Ray,
Thanks for the update with pictures.
Hi Tom. You are welcome.
I am writing about these apartments. It’s June 2008 and I’m wondering, does anyone know of someone who lives in these apartments…. I’m looking to see if they are decent, built to decent standards, can they withstand a bit of shaking from Earth Quakes in the area? How much have they gone up in price since this was first introduced
does anyone have further information about what’s available
How safe is it there?
regards
Linda
Hi Linda. Yes I know a gringo that bought one of these apartments. I have no idea what the current price is. They appear to be as good of apartments as I have seen in David. I know that the individual that bought there, had the door changed out to a metal door and did something to provide more security from the rear balcony.
Hi Don,
Claro. Give the lady my e-mail.I’ll be glad to talk to her. I would enjoy a lunch date in July.
Tom
Hi Tom. I will see you when you are here.
Hello. I just bought one of these apartments. I think this is a very good development for David city. It is from a walking distance to two major supermarkets, pharmacy, hardware store, etc. Soon to be there in front of Super Baru it will be a bank that is now under contruction. Also this land would go up in prices because of the development that they are doing around it, so i think it is a good investment.
