I just bought one of these apartments. I think this is a very good development for David city. It is from a walking distance to two major supermarkets, pharmacy, hardware store, etc. Soon to be there in front of Super Baru it will be a bank that is now under contruction. Also this land would go up in prices because of the development that they are doing around it, so i think it is a good investment. Hello. I just bought one of these apartments.
