Small But Satisfying

Every now and then I find myself wanting to eat something other than my own cooking. Last Monday was one of those days, so I dropped into TGI Friday’s and had one of their lunchtime specials (a fillet mignon).
Lunchtime specials are usually a little smaller in price and size.
I assume the fillet comes from somewhere in Chiriquí, but I don’t know that. It was extremely flavorful and tender. It had also been a while since I had a baked potato loaded with butter and sour cream.
The price for the meal and a bottomless ice tea was $7.25. It had been a while since I had gone to TGIF and I enjoyed my time there,
