I often reflect on the Jim Fixx conundrum, especially when I’m eating things I supposedly shouldn’t. Also in mind: Do I want to die at the end of a slow, protracted decline or all at once? Do I get a choice?
I try not to reflect on conundrums for too long a duration. It just makes me hungry.
