The vaccine card law I could understand if there was a known problem, but I haven't heard of one. I don't understand how abiding by this law has almost overnight turned into fugitive hunting, people hiding, all kinds of allegations. The change in the law that makes anyone here under a 90-day tourist visa, illegal.
