Plaza El Terronal Update May 16,2007

The last time I visited the new development area of Plaza El Terronal was on March 9th of this year. You can use the following photo to compare to the previous to see the changes. These stores should open around August I was told today.
If the following was under construction in March, I didn’t notice it. This is going to be the MoviStar location.
Now you can even see a fair amount of work has been done on the third phase. This is about 10 to 15 feet below the ground level of the Phase 2. When this entire mall area is complete you should be able to find most everything you want right here. Today I heard that there is a Nikko’s Café coming. I think it is a part of this new lower level.

Plaza El Terronal is the new mall on the InterAmerican Highway as you enter David from Panama City. It is a block off the road that goes up to Boquete. If you have been in David and have gone to the El Rey supermarket you are in Plaza El Terronal. The new additions are around the corner next to AudioFoto. Right now when you get to AudioFoto you will see a metal fence. This is on the other side of the fence.

Have you notice if they have done any improvement of the road around the center to advoid future traffic bottlenecks?
