Chiriquí Chatter Operational Problems

Yesterday and this morning there were two operational problems with the Chiriquí Chatter website. One is that the link section is having a database problem and will not display. The second is that the Photo Album is not opening.
The problems were fixed yesterday and are back this morning. Obviously something changed in my hosts systems both of the last two nights.
I have trouble tickets in on both problems, but I thought I would just make you aware that there are currently two problems in the system and problems like these always make me worry about them getting worse rather than being fixed.
Update: Both problems have been resolved. I am not sure if it was a real problem or a caching problem in my PC. Everything is working and the hosting provider said they did nothing and it was fine when they checked at their end.
