While I was driving today, I happened to see work going on pouring concrete for the new hotel that is being built across from Oteima. This is one large construction site.

Hi Don Ray.. that picture show a big construction.. do you know how many floors that building will have?

I inquired today and found out that this is going to be 9 stories! WOW! I was told that this is a Spanish company. We will see.
The Spanish are terriffic at building tall concrete buildings that nobody ever moves into. Admitted that it’s been over 15 years since I was living there, but in the early 90s there were uncountable numbers of empty concrete buildings from Gibralter all the way to Malaga. That’s about a 100 mile stretch of highway.
