Hi Don.
They have seat belts in all the seats, at least those located at the upper part of the bus.
Upstairs it is comfortable, and everything looks very modern and nice. The bad thing is the seats do not recline to much. I do not want to be in horizontal position like in a bed but, to make a 6 hours trip and be seated so straight it is a little tuff. And downstairs everything looks like crowded. A couple of times I have made the trip in this kind of bus. I know people that do not have any problems with that.
I prefer the one floor bus, to me are more comfortable.
