I am tired of the snark in the Yahoo groups so don't read them as much any more. And it is a small country. The original owner that I bought my land from knows the father of my attorney. The house architect went to school with the son of the original owner. And the list goes on. All of these relationships became known after the fact, so one just doesn't know.
