Subject: fairThanks Don, for your photos. I couldn’t get to the fair this year although I really wanted to go, but the hotels were all full even as of early February.
However, I’m really writing to ask you if you’ve heard of a couple that has large birds in the Boquete/Volcan area. I met the lady once and she said she had a large aviary with Moluccan Cockatoo’s. I didn’t get her name or email at the time. I have the same kind of birds and I’d like to contact her. Could you ask around or put a little blurb in your blog asking her to contact you (or me). I think it’s my best chance of finding her.

There is a British fellow named Paul Saban in Boquete (Volcancito, actually) who has quite an aviary and now has a farm he has dedicated to local endangered species. I do not know his email address other than his handle of “parrotman”. You can reach him through Boquete.org. If you can’t find him, let me know and I’ll do further research.
