Oops. I spoke too soon. It is now 10:05 andthe speed had dropped off to about 85 Kbps. I think I will go down and visit with Cable Onda today.

It is now 9:30 AM and the speed has increased to an average of 128 Kbps. This is the highest speed in the last 4 days. I hope it keeps improving.

It is 7:45 AM on the 10th and C&W shows no sign of solving the performance problem. I am still running slower than a dialup. I may have to start checking into Cable Onda.
